Our mission
DiagnosTEX is the leading provider of Mobile Dysphagia (Swallowing Disorder) Consultations in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas since 2003. We travel the high road of service with integrity, compassion, and understanding. The owners and staff of DiagnosTEX recognize that providing effective care to hundreds of residents can only be achieved through a commitment to excellence and customer care.
Through the efficient delivery of high-quality services, we aim to be the provider of choice in every community we serve. Execution of this mission relies on setting high standards. Excellence is never an accident; it is always the result of intention, effort, direction, execution, and the vision to see obstacles as opportunities.
DiagnosTEX performs a dysphagia consultation in addition to the Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBSS). All DiagnosTEX physicians adhere to a higher standard by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners, Texas Bureau of Radiation Control, the Community Standard of Practice, Medicare guidelines and finally the Hippocratic Oath.
Our physicians evaluate by taking a history, talking to the patient, their family, and their speech pathologist, chart review, and then performs a focused expanded physical exam and then recommends management of the patient's dysphagia problems to the treating physician and the patient in a doctor-patient relationship. Also, the detailed speech pathologist and physician reports are unique to DiagnosTEX.
